Dinner At Sunset At Antlers Ridge Lodge

What a relaxing weekend I had you guys! I made my way to Dawsonville, Ga to my friends luxury mountain property called, Antlers Ridge Lodge. On Saturday evening, we all dined by sunset looking at the spectacular view of the Appalachian Mountains, it was something to see! The food was amazing, the fellowship, conversation and more, it was a time well had! Thanks to Tessie and her family for the personal invite, I truly enjoyed myself! Food Catered By K&E Catering Company. Family style lineup included:

– Peach, honey infused goat cheese and candied pecan spring salad with a peach and apricot vinaigrette
– Seafood Newburg (lobster, scallops and cod) with house made puff pastry
– Beef short ribs slow braised in a bourbon barrel aged red wine
– Celery root and potato purée
– Roasted asparagus with parmigiana cheese
– Peach and vanilla panettone bread pudding
