Eco-Friendly Clothing Line ‘Vertical Activewear’ VIP Experience

Tia Robinson, the founder of Atlanta-based apparel brand Vertical Activewear, recently launched the first eco-friendly fashion on-demand micro-studio in Duluth.I was able to stop by and see her work her magic and introduce us to her brand and ore! Tia can create a small batch fashion line in 10-14 business days using eco-friendly fabric. A relief for a lot of local Atlanta fashion designers who need their collections immediately and don’t have time (or money) to wait for fabric, shipping, manufacturing, etc. from overseas. She can also help local designers with collections for pop-up shops, meet and greets and preview pitches.

Vertical Activewear released their first clothing line in 2019. But finding an open manufacturer during the pandemic was tough. What started as an obstacle became an opportunity to pivot to greener pastures. They made the necessary changes to their production line to make sustainable apparel right here in Atlanta, Georgia.

With over 15 years of experience in marketing, merchandising and mindfulness, Tia started her brand as way to produce apparel that would have a positive impact on our planet. And with the launch of our ethical design and production studio, our vertically integrated brand will be able to further this mission.
