Lindsay Lohan recently opened up about life as a mom, sharing a glimpse into her everyday joy and chaos. “I have a two-year-old now it’s the best thing in the world,” she said. “He’s in a dinosaur phase right now roar! But it’s a constant roar that just gets louder as the day goes on. He knows all their names it’s wild!”
As a busy mom on the move, Lindsay says travel requires structure. “We’ve been traveling with him, so we’re really strict about nap time and yes, he’s still napping! I keep hearing he’s going to stop soon, and I’m like, what do you mean?” Reflecting on the parenting learning curve, she adds, “Everyone gives advice, but you don’t really get it until you’re in it. Every parent and child is different, and sometimes you hear advice and think, ‘That’s not for me and that’s okay.’”
Lohan also shared excitement about returning to the screen in Disney’s upcoming sequel, Freaky Friday. “This time it’s a four-way switch,” she revealed. “Anna is now a mom managing a pop star, and Tess is still trying to micromanage her. Anna’s getting married to someone from England, and he has a daughter but the two girls don’t get along. Jamie Lee Curtis and I are also facing our own issues, which leads to the body swap between all four characters.”
On reuniting with Jamie Lee Curtis, she said, “Jamie and I have stayed in touch over the years we’re still friends. Seeing her again felt like no time had passed. It was really special to get everyone back together.” Lohan also mentioned reconnecting with Christina Vidal, who played a member of her band Pink Slip in the original. “Now we both have kids, so we had a lot to catch up on!”
