Celebrity Style: Kerry Washington’s Brown Gown At Wake Up Dead Man A Knives Out Mystery Los Angeles Premiere

Last night, Netflix hosted the Los Angeles Premiere of the highly anticipated film, WAKE UP DEAD MAN: A KNIVES OUT MYSTERY at The Academy Museum.

In attendance were Director/Writer/Producer Rian Johnson, stars Josh O’Connor, Josh Brolin, Mila Kunis, Kerry Washington, Cailee Spaeny, and Producer Ram Bergman.

They were joined by Composer Nathan Johnson, Casting Directors Mary Vernieu and Bret Howe, Director of Photography Steve Yedlin, Costume Designer Jenny Eagan, and Editor Bob Duscay.

Cast members from the previous Knives Out films joined in the celebration including Janelle Monáe (Glass Onion) and Riki Lindhome (Knives Out), as well as franchise cameo star Joseph Gordon-Levitt. Noah Segan, who has appeared in all three films, was also part of the evening’s events.

For the premiere, Kerry looked stunning in a floor-length, chocolate-brown gown adorned with rhinestones and finished with a dramatic train. I loved the elegance of her entire ensemble. I wasn’t completely sold on the hairstyling choice, but overall she looked absolutely beautiful.
