Supergirl is an upcoming American superhero film based on the eponymous character from DC Comics. Directed by Craig Gillespie and written by Ana Nogueira, it will be the second film in the DC Universe.
The new Supergirl film simply titled Supergirl is a major feature from DC Studios, part of the fresh DC Universe (DCU) slate spearheaded by James Gunn and Peter Safran. It’s inspired by the acclaimed Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow comic story, though the subtitle has been dropped for the final title.
