Like so many of us, she was obsessed with Hannah Montana and Miley Cyrus. But here’s the funny part: because the show was dubbed in her home country, she originally thought Miley was from Slovakia, too!

Once her older brother explained that Miley actually lived in America, ADÉLA became determined to learn English and figure out how to follow in her footsteps.

She even looked up the address of the Disney Channel building! At only eight years old, she was already worried that she was getting a late start because Miley had auditioned for Hannah Montana at age 11.

Jimmy even reminded her that somewhere in the world, another little girl might be watching ADÉLA and dreaming of becoming just like her one day.

One of the funniest parts of the interview came when Jimmy brought up ADÉLA’s song “Nicole Kidman.”

The Swaggerina combines ballet-inspired flexibility with a smooth, dramatic body wave and plenty of attitude!

She revealed that the move actually happened during rehearsal with choreographer Robbie Blue.

When he asked what she wanted to do during a particular section of the choreography, she casually demonstrated a movement. Robbie loved it so much that he encouraged her to repeat it during performances.

And just like that, a viral dance was born!

Of course, ADÉLA couldn’t resist joking that the move has given her back problems, but hey, it’s certainly getting attention!

You already know Jimmy wasn’t going to let ADÉLA leave without showing him how to do the Swaggerina!

She invited him to try the dance with her, and he reluctantly agreed, although he made it very clear that his flexibility might not be what it used to be!

ADÉLA demonstrated how to hold onto something sturdy, lean forward, arch backward, and create a smooth body wave.

Jimmy’s attempts had the audience cracking up!

He joked that his version looked more like he was getting sick than performing a trendy dance move.

I was laughing right along with them!

Eventually, with a little encouragement and some music from The Roots, Jimmy gave the Swaggerina his best shot.

And honestly, you’ve got to give him credit for trying!
