Now, you already know when the Housewives get together, there’s bound to be some shade, a little messiness and plenty of laughs! And this time, our very own Atlanta Housewife Angela Oakley was front and center, delivering some hilarious reads that had everybody cracking up!
During a shady game on Watch What Happens Live, the ladies were put on the spot with some seriously juicy questions. The rules were simple: answer the question honestly or prepare to face Angela Oakley’s wrath! And let me tell you, Angela came ready with her reading glasses on, figuratively speaking, of course!
Joining in on the fun were The Real Housewives of New Jersey stars Melissa Gorga and Dolores Catania, The Real Housewives of Potomac star Stacey Rusch, and The Real Housewives of Dubai personality Chanel Ayan. With this group of outspoken ladies, you just knew things were about to get interesting!

Melissa Gorga Doesn’t Hold Back!
First up was Melissa Gorga, who was asked which former Jersey Housewife she missed the least while filming the upcoming season.
Without much hesitation, Melissa answered, Jennifer Aydin!
Well, alright then, Melissa! Straight to the point with no explanation needed! The audience immediately reacted, and the shade was officially underway.
Stacey Rusch Gets Read by Angela Oakley!
Next up was Stacey Rusch, who was asked to confess one thing she had lied about to her fellow Potomac Housewives.
Stacey, being Stacey, insisted that she always tells the truth! Girl, now you know that answer wasn’t going to fly with this group!
Rather than spill any tea, she decided to let Angela read her instead.
Angela wasted absolutely no time, delivering this little zinger:
“You usually rise, but tonight you fell flat!”
Oop! Somebody call the shade police because Angela was not playing!
The crowd erupted, and Stacey took the playful jab like a champ. I couldn’t help but laugh because Angela’s delivery was so quick and effortless!
Dolores Catania Gets a Hilarious Teresa Giudice Read!
Then came Dolores Catania’s turn, and her question was definitely a tricky one!
She was asked to give one reason why she was a more iconic Jersey Housewife than Teresa Giudice and Melissa Gorga.
Now, that’s a question that could start an entire reunion argument!
Instead of stepping into that territory, Dolores decided to let Angela take a shot at her. She even joked that this would be the one time she allowed someone to read her without retaliating.
Angela responded with a perfectly timed joke:
“It’s okay, Dolores. Teresa gave you permission to speak!”
BABY! The audience lost it!
Even Dolores had to laugh, admitting that the read was worth it. And I have to agree, that was probably one of the funniest moments of the game!
Angela Oakley Brings the Shade and the Fashion!
Now, while Angela was busy reading the ladies for filth, I couldn’t help but notice how fabulous she looked!
The Atlanta beauty stepped out wearing the Midnight Desire Black Sheer Lace Floral Appliqué Maxi Dress by Sunfere, and it was definitely a showstopper!
The dramatic black gown featured a sophisticated square neckline, sleeveless design, low scoop back and gorgeous three-dimensional floral appliqués. The sheer lace overlay added a romantic, slightly daring touch, while the fitted mermaid silhouette gave the dress an elegant, figure-flattering finish.
I especially loved the floral detailing! It gave the gown such a feminine, luxurious feel without taking away from its dramatic appeal.
This is the kind of dress I could easily see at a glamorous red-carpet event, an elegant black-tie affair or a fabulous evening gala. It’s sophisticated with just enough sexiness to turn heads!
And let’s be clear, Angela didn’t need to raise her voice to command attention. Between her sharp one-liners and that gorgeous black lace ensemble, she was giving us personality AND fashion!
Tami’s Take: Atlanta Came Ready to Read!
I have to say, Angela Oakley is really finding her groove when it comes to delivering a good Housewives read! What made this segment so entertaining was that the ladies were all in on the joke and didn’t take themselves too seriously.
Melissa gave us a little Jersey honesty, Stacey tried to dodge the truth, and Dolores knew better than to get caught up in a Teresa comparison! Meanwhile, Angela was sitting pretty, ready to deliver the punchlines.
I love when the Housewives can have a little fun, laugh at themselves and throw some harmless shade without things getting too heated.
And as someone who loves a fabulous fashion moment, I have to give Angela her flowers for that Sunfere gown. The black lace, the floral appliqués, the silhouette… gorgeous!
One thing is for sure: Angela understood BOTH assignments, reading the ladies and looking fabulous while doing it!
Now, which read had you laughing the hardest? Stacey’s little fall from grace or Dolores needing Teresa’s permission to speak? Because that Dolores joke had me cracking up!
