Kim Kardashian Says Dancing With the Stars Traumatized Her!
Now, this was something I wasn’t expecting! Kim looked back on her short-lived appearance on Dancing With the Stars in 2008, admitting that the experience was so overwhelming that she hasn’t danced since!
Can you imagine?
Kim revealed that she would cry in her trailer almost every night, secretly hoping to be eliminated because she was incredibly shy and uncomfortable performing in front of an audience.
But here’s where things got interesting!
During a recent Kardashian-Jenner family poker night, her younger sister Kylie Jenner decided to embarrass her by playing old footage of her dancing on the family’s big screen. Kim admitted that watching herself brought back memories, but it also made her realize how much confidence she’s gained over the years.
She even floated the idea of having the entire Kardashian-Jenner family compete against one another on a special season of Dancing With the Stars!
Now, wouldn’t that be something to watch? Kris Jenner, Khloé, Kourtney, Kendall, Kylie, and Kim battling it out for the Mirrorball Trophy? I would definitely tune in for that family showdown!
A New Biography, Citizen Kim, Has Kim Feeling Emotional
Kim also discussed her upcoming biography, Citizen Kim, written by journalist Jonathan Van Meter.
Unlike her previous projects, Kim doesn’t have complete creative control over this book, which she admitted feels a little intimidating.
The biography has been in development for approximately five years, with the author spending time interviewing Kim and her family.
And apparently, mama Kris Jenner had a few reservations about the whole situation!
Kim joked that her mother might be waiting for an opportunity to say, “I told you so,” especially after learning that Kim wasn’t being paid for her participation.
However, Kim shared that reading one particular chapter brought her to tears because the author captured parts of her life in a way she had never considered before.
I actually find that fascinating. When you’ve lived so much of your life in the public eye, imagine having someone else tell your story from a completely different perspective!
Kim Kardashian Visits the Great Wall of China in Style
Now, let’s get into the fashion, because you already know this part caught my attention!
Kim recently visited the Great Wall of China, and naturally, she wasn’t about to show up looking like your average tourist!
She wore a fabulous long dress and brought along a pair of heels in her handbag, just in case she wanted to switch things up for photos.
Her inspiration? None other than Mariah Carey, who famously visited the landmark wearing heels!
I had to laugh at that because some women simply refuse to sacrifice glamour, no matter where they’re going!
Kim ultimately stuck with her comfortable NikeSKIMS sneakers, explaining that her long dress covered her shoes anyway.
And honestly, I can appreciate that! I love a gorgeous outfit, but after walking around all day, comfortable shoes are definitely a girl’s best friend!
Kim Kardashian Loves Visiting McDonald’s Around the World
Here’s another fun little tidbit!
Kim revealed that she makes a point of visiting McDonald’s whenever she travels internationally.
Yes, even billionaires enjoy a good order of fries!
She explained that traveling with children can make finding meals a challenge, especially when everyone is jet-lagged or dealing with unfamiliar foods.
While her daughter North West is adventurous and enjoys trying everything from sushi to squid, her younger children can be a little more selective.
That’s when McDonald’s comes to the rescue!
Kim also enjoys comparing menu items from different countries, particularly the apple pies and chicken nuggets.
During her trip to China, she kept things simple with an order of fries.
I thought this was such a relatable moment because no matter how fabulous the destination, sometimes you just want something familiar to eat!
Kim’s Beauty and Wellness Routine Is No Joke!
Of course, Jimmy couldn’t resist asking Kim about her elaborate wellness routine.
Kim revealed that she’s serious about taking care of herself through exercise, healthy eating, supplements, and red light therapy.
She even owns various red light devices, including a full-body bed and treatments designed for her face, neck, and hands.
The funniest part?
Kim admitted that she once wore several of her wellness accessories while getting her children ready for school, leaving them a little confused by her futuristic appearance!
She now prefers to use some of the devices after dropping the kids off.
As someone who loves beauty and skincare, I always enjoy hearing about the latest treatments celebrities are trying. Kim has access to practically every beauty gadget imaginable, so it’s interesting to see which routines she incorporates into her busy schedule.
Of course, not every celebrity wellness trend is backed by strong scientific evidence, but there’s certainly no shortage of fascinating beauty technology these days!
All’s Fair Season 2 Is Bringing More Drama, Glamour and Camp!
Kim also opened up about her role in Ryan Murphy’s Hulu legal drama All’s Fair, where she plays a high-powered divorce attorney alongside an impressive ensemble of actresses.
She admitted that working with such accomplished performers initially felt intimidating, but her castmates have been incredibly supportive.
Kim specifically praised Niecy Nash for offering acting advice and Sarah Paulson for encouraging her when negative reviews of the first season started rolling in.
Kim revealed that she was so concerned about the criticism that she actually apologized to her fellow cast members in their group chat, worrying that she might have hurt their careers!
Thankfully, Sarah reassured her and encouraged her not to take the reviews personally.
For Season 2, Kim says the cast is approaching the series with a completely different attitude.
Instead of treating the show like a traditional courtroom drama, they’re embracing its over-the-top personalities, outrageous storylines, and campy humor.
According to Kim, the upcoming season is bigger, crazier, and even more entertaining!

Kim Kardashian Shares Her Progress Toward Becoming a Lawyer
One of the more meaningful moments of the interview came when Kim discussed her legal education.
While she portrays an attorney on television, Kim has also been working toward becoming one in real life.
She explained that she’s pursuing California’s alternative legal education pathway, which allows qualifying students to study law without attending a traditional law school.
Kim has already passed the First-Year Law Students’ Examination, commonly known as the baby bar, and completed her legal studies. However, she still needs to pass the full bar examination before becoming a licensed attorney.
Her dedication to studying law has become an important part of her personal and professional journey.
And although Jimmy jokingly suggested that she consider a career as White House press secretary, Kim quickly made it clear that she had absolutely no interest!
Kim Recalls Going Through O.J. Simpson’s Luggage as a Teenager
Perhaps the most surprising revelation came when Kim discussed her late father, attorney Robert Kardashian, and his involvement in the O.J. Simpson murder trial.
Kim was just 14 years old when her father became part of Simpson’s defense team.
She recalled being fascinated by the legal proceedings and watching the events unfold both on television and inside her own home.
Kim shared a particularly memorable story about Simpson staying at their house and bringing along Louis Vuitton luggage.
Curious about the case, teenage Kim decided to play detective and secretly search through his belongings while the luggage was in Khloé’s room.
Later, when she heard reports about authorities wanting to examine the bag, she panicked because she realized her fingerprints were all over it!
Can you imagine?
Kim explained that the experience helped her understand how easily someone could become connected to a legal investigation without actually being involved in a crime.
It also contributed to her growing interest in the legal system and her desire to help people facing difficult circumstances.

What stood out to me most about this interview was Kim’s willingness to laugh at herself while acknowledging how much she’s grown.
Here’s a woman who once felt so uncomfortable dancing on television that she never wanted to do it again, yet today she’s confidently building businesses, acting alongside award-winning performers, and pursuing a career in law.
Whether you’re a fan of the Kardashians or not, you have to admit that Kim knows how to reinvent herself!
I also loved hearing how the women on All’s Fair support one another. There’s something refreshing about successful women encouraging each other, especially in an industry where everyone is constantly being judged.
And on a lighter note, I absolutely got a kick out of Kim packing heels for the Great Wall of China! That’s the kind of glamorous thinking I can appreciate, although I’d definitely have my comfortable shoes nearby!
Between the fashion, friendships, family stories, and funny confessions, Kim gave viewers plenty to talk about.
Season 2 of All’s Fair premieres November 4 on Hulu, with three episodes dropping on premiere day. The series will also be available through Hulu on Disney+.
