Red Carpet Rundown: Atlanta premiere of TV One’s All-New “Savor The City” with Chef Jernard

TV One is excited to roll out the red carpet for the premiere of its brand-new original series, Savor The City, debuting Thursday, April 3 at 8P/7C! Hosted by the James Beard House-honored Chef Jernard Wells, this captivating show invites viewers on a flavorful journey celebrating Black food, heritage, and community—starting in the vibrant heart of Napa Valley, where Black innovation in food and wine is flourishing.

In the premiere episode, Chef Jernard teams up with pioneering figures who are shaking things up in wine country. He’ll connect with Robin McBride, co-founder of the renowned McBride Sisters Wine Collection, visit the legendary Brown Estate—the first Black-owned estate winery in Napa—and enjoy a mouthwatering food and wine pairing at Vin En Noir, a chic boutique celebrating Black winemakers. And that’s just the beginning! This season, Chef Jernard will also explore New Orleans, Sag Harbor, San Francisco, Martha’s Vineyard, Nashville, Miami, the Bahamas, and beyond.
