Brunch & Empowerment: A Luxurious Gathering of Women in Business

This past weekend, an exquisite brunch brought together a powerhouse of women in business for an unforgettable day of inspiration, networking, and celebration. Hosted at a stunning private mansion, the event was nothing short of spectacular, with a breathtaking poolside setting that set the tone for elegance and empowerment.

The event was organized by Mesita, the founder and owner of Black Women In Weddings. My longtime friend Gail Johnson, an event planner who specializes in destination weddings, was a panelist at the event. I tagged along to show my support, haha!

Guests arrived dressed in their finest, ready to connect with like-minded entrepreneurs, executives, and creatives. The ambiance was a perfect blend of sophistication and warmth, with beautifully curated décor, fresh floral arrangements, and a serene backdrop of shimmering water.

The brunch spread was a feast for the senses—an array of gourmet dishes, from delicate pastries and fresh fruit to savory bites and signature mimosas. Every detail was carefully crafted to create an experience that not only nourished the body but also fueled the spirit.
