Songbirds Patti Labelle & Fantasia Face Off On Celebrity Family Feud

Music legends Patti LaBelle and Fantasia lit up the stage on Celebrity Family Feud, delivering heartfelt laughs, playful banter, and a strong sense of family spirit. In a sneak peek shared ahead of the episode, one memorable moment unfolded when host Steve Harvey asked the teams to “name an affectionate term that starts with ‘baby.’” Patti paused to consider her answer, but her teammate and publicist, Aliyah Crawford, jumped in prompting Patti to jokingly respond, “Oh, shut up!” The comeback sparked laughter from both teams, the audience, and even Fantasia, who was seen giggling from the opposite podium.

Harvey, still amused, repeated the question, and this time Patti confidently answered, “Baby mama.” The response hit the board and earned her team 10 points.

The fun-filled episode aired just a few months after Patti celebrated her 81st birthday on May 24th (we share the same birthday) with a sold-out concert at Brooklyn’s Barclays Center. During the show, she encouraged the crowd to embrace aging, saying not to be afraid of getting older.

Fantasia, meanwhile, was in the midst of working on a gospel album, a project she revealed in April was inspired by her faith and a deep desire to return to her gospel roots.
