Last night, BET+ hosted an exclusive screening of Tyler Perry’s Zatima Season 4 at Silverspot Cinema at The Battery Atlanta. Series regulars including Crystal Renee Hayslett (Fatima), Devale Ellis (Zac), Nzinga Imani (Angela), Remington Hoffman (Bryce), and Guyviaud Joseph (Tony) walked the red carpet. Director and writer of this season, Courtney Glaude, gave opening remarks to an excited crowd.
Recurring stars including Ameer Baraka, Brandon Claybon, and Laila Odom, were also in attendance. A lively Q&A followed the screening, moderated by Victoria Rosa (Access Atlanta) where the cast spoke about their time filming together, the evolution of the show, and what fans can look forward to in Season 4.
Other notable BET Original Programming Talent were in attendance as well including Michael Bolwaire (All The Queen’s Men), Pierre Johnson (Divorced Sistas), Carter The Body (All The Queen’s Men), Trinity Whiteside (Sistas), and Arrington Foster (Family Business). I had a blast on the red carpet with the stars of the series! Everyone was in good spirits and excited for the new season! The lead in the film Crystal told me that there will be some very emotional scenes so grab some tissues and Devale said you will see a lot of growth from his character!
