The Dancing with the Stars ballroom shimmered with Disney magic as the show celebrated its most enchanting night of the season Disney Night in honor of Disneyland Resort’s 70th anniversary. The 11 remaining celebrity couples transformed the stage into a storybook spectacle, performing whimsical routines inspired by beloved Disney films and attractions.
Stars including Hilaria Baldwin, Danielle Fishel, Alix Earle, Andy Richter, Elaine Hendrix, Jordan Chiles, Dylan Efron, Scott Hoying, Robert Irwin, Jen Affleck, and Whitney Leavitt all earned glowing reviews from the judges.
In her intro package, Jordan Chiles’ partner Ezra Sosa shared that there was no better way to celebrate their top spot on last week’s leaderboard than by dancing at Disneyland. The pair performed a lively Quickstep to “Special Spice” from Tiana’s Bayou Adventure, the new ride inspired by The Princess and the Frog.
Jordan reflected on what the film meant to her, saying, “The Princess and the Frog showed me that if Tiana’s story could be magical, mine could be too.”
After their performance, Derek Hough praised Jordan’s “absolutely beautiful” stage presence and “crisp” movement, while Bruno Tonioli crowned her “dance royalty,” calling her “vivacious yet effortlessly elegant.” Carrie Ann Inaba added that Jordan truly “brought Disney Night to life,” noting, “When you dance, it’s fun, it’s animated, but it’s also authentic.”
While awaiting her scores, Jordan said representing Tiana Disney’s first Black princess meant “so much” to her, adding, “It’s all about the representation.” The duo earned an impressive 24 out of 30, but the magical evening ended on a bittersweet note as Hilaria Baldwin and Gleb Savchenko were announced as the couple going home. See all the fun inside…
