Teresa and Gia Guidice Reveal Which Body Part Needed to be Protected on Special Forces

Reality mother/daughter duo Teresa and Gia Guidice tell talk show host Sherri Shepherd all about what really took place during their time on Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test and why Gia wanted to protect her nose at all costs after her mother left the show.

Sherri: This show … is no joke. What made you want to quit?

Teresa: I knew if i saw my daughter get hit that I would jump in. And I could never see my daughter get hit …

Sherri: I love that you say you couldn’t even watch your daughter get hit but Gia, what was going through your mind? I’m looking at you and you’re like you were going through it and then knowing that your mother left you. What went through your head?

Teresa: I didn’t want her to see me fighting either. I wasn’t into it.

Gia: Well, like that’s what’s going through my head. like my mom just left and i’m sobbing and then they go: 18, you gotta go fight and I’m not ready. I need some water but it was crazy. I don’t think that I was mentally there … but Christie [Pearce Rampone], she was was tough … I was so upset.

Sherri: … Were you afraid you were going to really get hurt?

Gia: Yeah … I have a nose job! So, I said this to Christie .. we all kind of said ’cause me, my mom, Brie [Brianna ‘Chickenfry’ LaPaglia] .. we all had our noses done. … respectfully, just don’t hit us in the nose and all of a sudden, Christie hit me in the nose. I was like, girl … I was mad. I think I said, Ow.

Teresa: She did hit you in the nose?

Gia: Yeah, but she didn’t mean to.

Sherri: Well, you would have seen it if you was there, Teresa.
