What a fabulous afternoon celebrating beauty, brilliance, and Black excellence at the 2026 Bronner Brothers Beauty Icon Awards Honoree Brunch! From the bubbly champagne and delicious bites to the dreamy tablescapes, gorgeous florals, and picture-perfect photo booth, every detail was simply divine!

I especially adored the luxurious Baroma Parfum Bar and all the cutesy goodies from Salt XO And can we talk about the guests? Everyone showed up looking absolutely fabulous, darling!

While attending the fabulous Bronner Bros. Beauty Icon Awards Honoree Brunch, I had the pleasure of discovering Salt XO, a feminine wellness brand with an inspiring story behind it!

Now, you know I love discovering new beauty products, especially when there’s a woman with a dream and a little determination behind the brand!

Salt XO was founded in 2018 by Jhalesa Seymour with just $67 while its creator was attending the University of Central Florida. After experiencing personal discomfort with feminine care products, she decided to create her own alternatives using thoughtfully selected ingredients.

What began as handmade soap in a college apartment eventually blossomed into a growing feminine wellness brand centered on self-care, confidence and empowerment.

I thought the story was so inspiring! As a former beauty business owner myself, I can appreciate the courage it takes to turn a personal challenge into a business opportunity.

And honey, starting with just $67? That’s what I call believing in your vision!

I enjoyed learning about Salt XO at the event, and I love seeing women entrepreneurs building brands with passion and purpose. It’s always exciting to discover something new in the beauty space, especially when there’s such a meaningful story behind it!
