The Married to Medicine Season 12 reunion trailer has officially dropped and it’s serving up a serious dose of drama.
The sneak peek, released on March 13, wastes no time diving straight into the tension. Cast members Dr. Jackie Walters, Dr. Simone Whitmore, Dr. Contessa Metcalfe, Toya Bush-Harris, Quad Webb, and Dr. Mimi Sanders, along with friends Dr. Heavenly Kimes, Angel Love Davis, and Brandi Milton, jump right into addressing their unresolved issues. The two-part reunion premieres Sunday, March 22 at 8 p.m. ET/PT on Bravo, with part two airing March 29, with episodes streaming the next day on Peacock.
But before the drama even unfolds, the fashion is already stealing the spotlight. The reunion looks are officially in and they are red hot. The cast hit the stage in a stunning sea of scarlet, turning heads in fiery red gowns that delivered pure glamour. From elegant draping to structured floral embellishments, dazzling sequins, and dramatic floor-sweeping trains, each look brought its own wow factor. Statement accessories, including bold rings and elbow-length gloves, completed the breathtaking ensembles as the ladies served high-fashion moments while unpacking the season’s biggest controversies.
With host Andy Cohen leading the conversation, the ladies quickly tackle everything from secrets about their marriages and exes to fractured friendships. Toya comes ready for battle, bringing receipts literally by showcasing text messages printed on a lab coat as she breaks down the chaos surrounding the Med Gala.
As the long-standing tension between Dr. Heavenly and Dr. Simone takes center stage, other heated moments erupt, including a clash between Dr. Mimi and Toya. Behind the scenes, the husbands aren’t holding back either. When Dr. Eugene Harris calls out “justifying bad behavior,” Steve Sanders fires back, accusing him of doing exactly that when it comes to Toya. When the men join the reunion stage, Andy reveals there was already “drama backstage,” sparking even more confrontations involving Dr. Damon Kimes, Dr. Scott Metcalfe, Curtis Berry, and Cecil Whitmore.
The reunion also touches on Dr. Heavenly’s political ambitions, with Andy questioning her future on the show amid her run for a seat in the U.S. House of Representatives. While she keeps her options open, she hints that major changes could be on the horizon.
Emotions run high as Quad opens up about her breakup with King, while Mimi gets tearful discussing her journey as a mother to a child with special needs. Meanwhile, Andy expresses concern over whether Simone can truly move forward with Heavenly and Jackie. Simone makes her stance clear, calling out lingering tensions and later delivers a firm declaration that leaves no room for reconciliation. See all their looks inside, I think all the ladies look fabulous, do you have a favorite?

Toya’s look came together at the last minute. “I have two dresses; one that I absolutely hate. The final result was worth the wait. “It’s going to be beautiful,” Toya correctly predicted.
“I think the inspiration for me is strength. I needed something that would make me look strong because I don’t feel that way,” she admitted.

“The inspiration for today was sexy, sensual, goddess,” Quad told The Daily Dish of her long-sleeve gown with a daringly high slit. “Red is a very bold color. It’s a color that needs no explanation. Mimi shone in an asymmetrical look with a hip-high slit. “Dr. Mimi is many things. She has range. So we’re giving you Dr. Mimi and Mimi after dark,” she said. “We’re giving a bit of both and just expressing my true personality.”

I want to look pretty,'” Brandi, clad in a 3D floral-embellished gown, explained to The Daily Dish backstage. “Red is one of my favorite colors, so it’s like fire, it’s like spicy. That’s what we’re going for.”
